Various Axii balancing and bugfixing.
Reduced significantly the possiblity of finisher on axied enemy. The chance is changed from fixed 75% to 100% - health percentage. So the lower the health the higher chance.
Fix for a bug where Axii puppet attack power bonus would be applied incorrectly when using Enemy Scaling custom enemies params modifiers (counts for SignsOverhaul and GrandBalanceRepair).
Axii balancing - sharpened damage normalization function for levels > 50.

Axii balance adjustments and simplified scaling function.
Axii now scales with logarithm on spellpowers > 2.2. Puppet damage bonus given to vitality enemies is lowered from / 2.5 to / 3. NPC arrows/bolt damage in puppet vs. non puppet raised from x2 to x2.5.

Balancing - difficulty mode and high spellpowers.
Axii puppet vs. non-puppet fights damage now depends on game difficulty level. With the current logic
lack of such dependency was a bug. Since it acts as "relative damage redirector", the relative damage dealt to Geralt enemies should be lowered with increasing difficulty level.
Axii confusion and puppet will now gain less efficiency on very high spellpowers. That is to keep balance on griffon builds with high spellpowers and the fact that will resistances per level are zeroed. There is now 3 step scaling of Axii puppet damage bonus and 2 step scaling for Axii base cast confusion.
Lowered puppet vs. non-puppet arrow/bolt damage multiplier from x3 to x2. x3 was exaggerated value.

1) Introducing new formula for calculating damage resistance for puppet vs. non-puppet fights. The goal was to make Axii puppet work as a relative "damage redirector" from Geralt onto one of his enemies. So the damage resistance when puppet hits non puppet or vice-versa depends on: the victim vitality or essence, the victim level, which is used to approximate the Geralt's vitality and average damage resistance on that level. This way fights involving puppets work much better in extreme cases (low HP, high attack power or high HP, low attack power), scale properly with Geralt's level and maintain particular enemies characteristics and Axii sign power dependency.
2) Balance adjustments:
- Enemies that use essence have extra +25% puppet duration. That is because I noticed they usually take significantly longer time before involving into a fight or they make pauses between attacks. While humans usually fight to the death after first engagement.
- Glyphword that prolongs Axii puppet when puppet deals damage: since overall longer Axii puppet duration I have reduced that from extra 2s per hit to just 1s. It is still a lot gain.
- Enemies that use essence have better factor for attack power bonus from Axii sign power.
Version 0.38beta
Made a quick workaround to adjust damage resistances in NG+ for puppet vs. non-puppet. This makes the enemies fights at least a bit better - mostly vitality ones, which were overpowered. I plan to re-work the function for calculating puppet vs. non-puppet damage resistances, but that will be a big work, so releasing a workaround meanwhile.

Major update
- puppet vs. non-puppet combat is now more reasonable. Added damage resistance in strikes between puppet and non-puppet that scales according to creature level. It is actually decreasing, because the NPC's attack power increases much slower than their HP. Before that fix that was actually the reason of puppet degradation with Geralt's level increase.
- increased the duration of puppet
- puppet now breaks when Geralt hits puppet, but the chance for breaking the puppet with one hit decreases with skill level
- increased the puppet attack power bonus due to Axii spell power
- adjusted glyphwords that cause puppet to be passed to another enemy when the puppet is dead so that the duration is not prolonged. That is to counter the overall duration increase.

Initial functionality:
Axii alternate cast, so Axii puppet works the following way depending on the skill level:
Level 1: Axii puppet lasts 8 seconds and 16 seconds for animals.
Level 2: Axii puppet lasts 10 seconds and 20 seconds for animals.
Level 3: Axii puppet doesn't break if Geralt hits the puppet creature (as in vanilla).
Axii puppet scales with the sign spell power. The Axii spell power, divided by 2.5, is now added to the charmed monster's attack power.
Axii puppet skill itself no longer affects monster attack power (the value set to 0).
Slightly increased Axii puppet stamina cost.
If the Axii alternate cast is incomplete, the spell suffers penalties:
There is minimum threshold which is required for the Axii puppet to be cast at all. Below that threshold the cast is considered as failed.
Then the Axii charm time is proportional to the casting time, up to the full cast time.
If Geralt has Axii Suggestion skill on level 3, the failed Axii puppet cast will result in stagger.
The threshold for puppet cast is 1 second and the total cast time is about 2.4s (vanilla). If Geralt has Axii Suggestion skill on level at least 2, then those values are lowered and the threshold is 0.7s and the total cast time about 2.3s (vanilla).
Axii puppet (will) resistance per level set to zero for monsters and NPCs. Particular creature's resistances remain as in vanilla.
Monster boss will resistance lowered from 0.5 to 0.4. NPC mini boss will resistance raised from 0.2 to 0.25.
