This was one of the first things I was looking for when I started the game. Too bad I finished the main game and HoS before this came out, but at least now I can play BaW without the sound death sounds exploding my head!

    Thanks!

Hi! All of the files are "corrupted" when I finish downloading. Are they really damaged or is the problem on my end? I tried some other random mods around Nexus and they're all ok. If yours are really corrupted, could you upload them again? Thanks in advance!

What the hell? It's even the old versions! Needless to say, they all used to work. I have 12 uploads under this mod and now all of them result in corrupt downloads. Not cool. It downloads 159kb corrupt archives even though the Files tab shows all archives to be between 4kb and 23kb.

Thanks for telling me. My other hosted mods seem fine. I'm going to try to download these archives again tomorrow, and if that doesn't work, I guess I'll have to re-upload them all. :/

I've re-uploaded the versions for 1.31 and 1.30. I uploaded the exact same perfectly good archives which I uploaded originally, the same archives which worked no problem until recently. The other antiquated versions available are still inexplicably corrupt, even though I have them locally as well and have verified they're all 100% valid archives. I'm leaving them up to see if maybe a backup is eventually restored and the original archives are restored with it.

Again, thank you for alerting me to this absurd problem. I hope this doesn't happen again...

same question here. can you make version compatible with 1.30 as well? ; because I didn't have much luck with merging r4Player.ws file

I assume you mean r4Game.ws as neither of these mods modify r4Player.ws. I uploaded a 1.30 version for you. The death script didn't change between 1.30 and 1.31, so I'm only uploading No Load Thump. If you want both, use No Load Thump 1.30.0 and No Death Thump 1.31.0, or just install the combined version for 1.31.0 that you already have and overwrite r4Game.ws with the one from No Load Thump 1.30.0.

Thank you for this mod. You have no idea how annoying that sound was to me. Especially since I play on Death March, with the Better Combat mod applied.

Thanks for the mod. The loud thump was really annoying, especially when I'm dying over and over during difficult battles. Is it possible for you to also silence the thump sound when you LOAD a game? Thanks.

Yep, done. Thanks for the suggestion--I'm sick of that sound too and only hear it when I level up now (with my journal sounds mod).

Awesome! It's the little things that make all the difference. Thanks.

I agree. The smallest things can really pull me out of the experience, and it's often sound-related. I don't know why developers think we need a sound effect for everything.
