Deinstallation: 'VideoToggle' former AVS versions

1. 'VideoToggle' Version 1.1 - 1.22
===================================
1.0 Open Witcher 3 user settings file with e.g. notepad:
C:\Users\[...]\Documents\The Witcher 3\user.settings
Delete this lines:
[VideoToggle]
staToggle=...
intToggle=...
conToggle=...
Save and overwrite the file.
1.1 Delete this file:
[...]\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\VidTogMenu.xml
1.2 Delete this folder:
[...]\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods\modToggleVideo
1.3 If you previously run 'Witcher Script Merger', you should use it again.

2. 'VideoToggle' Version 1.0x
=============================
2.0 Open Witcher 3 user settings file with e.g. notepad:
C:\Users\[...]\Documents\The Witcher 3\user.settings
Delete these lines:
[VideoToggle]
staToggle=...
intToggle=...
conToggle=...
Save and overwrite the file.
2.1 Delete this file:
[...]\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\VidTogMenu.xml
2.2 Delete this folder:
[...]\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods\modToggleVideo
2.3 Delete the folder (and it's content) which looks like main-menu (not main_menu) under
[...]\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\content\content0\scripts\game\gui\
2.4
Copy these files to this folder:
[...]\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\content\content0\scripts\game\gui\main_menu
If you run 'Witcher Script Merger' before, you should use it now.
