Makes it so Replenishment Runeword only has to be equipped on one of the swords for it to work. Mod requested by cielle.

Adds the burning effect back to the Rotation runeword. Requested by RickThedope. Beware, this seems to affect the max-level Melt Armor graphics, I do not know the solution to this, if you do please PM me.
