Description:
This mod edits Geralt's full appearance to match how he looked during the VGX 2013 trailer, and associated media.
I originally started work on this all the way back in mid 2017, but the results were very much unsatisfactory, so I shelved the project. However, as of the beginning of January 2025, I began work on an update to my other mod "E3 2013 and VGX Kaer Morhen Armour" (link below), and decided to quickly throw something together; one thing led to another and many hours in blender and photoshop later, here is the result!
Edits & Changes:
Below is a list of all items that have been edited for this mod
-Fully remade all head textures, and tweaked body textures to blend with the new head textures.
I used a technique of transferring textures from the witcher 2 onto the witcher 3's uv layout in order to achieve the desired result.
-Completely overhauled the "shaved head and ponytail" hairstyle to match that of the VGX trailer as accurately as I can make it; the ponytail is completly rigged, and reacts to the environment.
Manual Installation:
-Extract the file modVGXGeralt into your mods folder located in your Witcher 3 main directory
-install Neutral Face Mimic by Onymaru9 the same way you installed the previous file, link in description.
