Hello my friends! After a short break, we're back to The Witcher again! In this video you can see what the final version of HDRP looks like on the Oldgen and Nextgen versions of the game, of course it's only a very small part of all the changes. Unfortunately, the release date will be in the second half of this year, because I had a break from modding, and taking care of all the details takes more time. More videos soon. Again thanks for support and have a good day. :)
Hello my friends! Let's go with another preview of HDRP NextGen Edition! To clarify the situation, the official nextgen version of the game (PC, PS5, Xbox series S/X) has implemented HD Reworked Project 12.0 "Ultimate". HDRP Nextgen is a pc-only modification that will be released in 2023 on nexusmods. It will be the culmination of this project, to make The Witcher 3 beautiful gem for a long time. More info soon. Have a nice day. :)
Hello. I'm just here to say that I still need time (I don't know how much exactly) to complete HDRP NextGen, but I can already assure you that the wait will be rewarded. :)
Will this upcoming update to HDRP support 1.32 for those of us still on classic? And if so, is there any way you could implement the new water textures and physics into 1.32?
Physics of water? Yes, the water in the new version is no better than in 1.32. As for the textures, they will all be compatible with the old version of the game, which a huge number of people continue to play.
I might be looking in the wrong place, but in the slider. I can only see low-ultra then ultra+? Have I done something wrong or?
Edit: f*#@, didnt think on this. Just came back and wanted to play W3 again. But what happens if I installed this mod, but have use 4.04 version of the game? Is that the so called "Next gen" verison? Thats not supported yet? Fuck....
Btw Lewis? I think you are the one, who said they were/are a dev right? Do you know if there is a mod or setting for looting herbs whiles on Roach still?
A few questions. i play at 1440p with rtx 3060ti with in game anti aliasing turned off, i heard that ingame only texture quality ultra setting uses 16x anisotropic filtering so if this mod is installed and texture setting is set to ##preset_value_Halk Ultra HD in my case does it still use 16x anisotropic filtering ? (nvidia control panel anisotropic is set to controlled by application) another question is in game sharpening, should it be set to off or low with this mod ? because without the mod low looks a bit too sharp with face models and off looks not sharp enough while playing with in game aa off. (i am playing 1.32 version because next gen really sucks).
The grass in my game is bugged, they look like their cropped and a piece of the ground or a block of it is displayed on the top of it. I downloaded via vortex because I don't really understand how to download manually. my english is not very good but can someone help me?
Hi, I've got the steam version of the game (the remastered patch). I dont see texture option for the HD Rework, only the default ones (Uber, Uber+). Is this right?
After experiencing the shadow flickering in Tousaint (visible here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpFsP3ytT0I&t=52s), I've switched back to oldgen and can confirm what other users are saying. 1.32 w/HDRP 12.0 absolutely has higher texture quality vs 4.0. CDPR definitely compressed them or something. I also noticed that HBAO+ seems to be stronger and doesn't have that weird black bars glitch in cutscenes that I've dealt with in 4.0. Unless CDPR completely fixes up the game with another patch (I doubt this), then I'll be staying on 1.32. Never thought I'd say that, but CDPR's B team really botched the Next-Gen update. Hopefully Halk's amazing work will work well in 1.32.
Edit: Just adding on, took me a day or so to re-mod for 1.32, and the overwhelming majority of tweaks and additions that CDPR implemented can be added through mods or simply tweaking the user.settings ini file. It's actually amazing how it took them so long to just copy/paste others' work into the game. I do think the RT looks good but I can't run it above 30fps anyway. The optimization is just so poor. The DX11 version is much better, but 1.32 with mods and fully cranked graphics using the wonderful mod "Tweaks" by TookaFace gives me higher fps, higher texture/shadow quality, better mod support, zero stuttering, no bugs (the project red forums are full of them), or lame netflix additions.

Thanks re33hab for the bump up answer (by the way, no Auto Loot doesn't)
I am waiting for this mod for my playthrough!!! hehehehe
When will it release?

Replace Vortex with The Witcher 3 Mod Manager.
Because you are on Next Gen 4.04, search with the tag "Next Gen Compatible".
