A complete rework of my original mod E3 Horse Vibrations. No longer Requires DSX for consistent feedback. Vibrations have been tuned lower from the previous mod as well as there is more variation.

DSX Version of Horse Riding Vibrations. Requires DSX 3.1 Beta or higher. Check the description for recommended settings. I will not change the vibration settings for this version as its easily able to be tuned using DSX instead.
