Makes bombs viable. Buffs the stats of all bombs in the game.

It does exactly what it says in the title. I've increased the damage of the bombs done in the game because I felt they were just not good enough to justify using. You could also open the xml file in my mod and edit the values yourself if you want to make your own changes.
