I don't believe this mod will cause any issues or bugs, as it only modifies the persuasion level required for that one specific dialogue option, but should anyone find any bugs or issues they think might be caused by this mod, please let me know here in the comments section.
Radovid not being able to be persuaded was never a bug. He's too smart to fall victim to the Witcher's magic; the only oversight was the developers not Radovid acknowledge your failed attempt.
I would have totally agreed that it was intentional like the Prologue Archpriest Axii but based on several reports, it used to work in the pre-EE version of TW2.
They would. It was possible pre EE, then they decided it would be better to "disable" it - which is more fitting in my opinion, as well.
Well, either this or the "3" got changed into "-1" by missclick or by file corruption - which is much less likely than the reson they intentionally disabled this persuation to work:)
