The fact that this isn't fixed in the EE is very puzzling. Problems with the last bomb in a stack being thrown remain as well...does CDPR know how its own game works?
@Yakkuz I actually don't know. I never used the XML fix mod, because I was modding my own files anyway, and if things were not working, I'd hunt down the problem and correct it, myself; I also tend to re-organise a lot of entries, many of them being re-written almost from scratch, when working on my own mod (CEO), which I've been working on since an early version of the game, so it's possible that they become "fixed" in the process. I'm going to look over some of the fixes listed for the mod, and compare to the default XML files of 3.0, so that I can give you a proper answer as to whether or not any errors still remain.
Necrophage Oil was fixed in 2.0.
EDIT: Okay, that was quick. On the first fix listed on the mod page, I encountered the exact same error being present in 3.0. Checking only those changes listed, the following are still present in EE:
There's no accounting for errors that were introduced in 3.0, of course. Since you're only interested in the .xml files, I could probably make an archive of those for you; should not take up even a fraction of the size of the entire patch.
Hi Kindo, do you know if are there still bugs in other xml files? (tags incorrectly closed, duplicate entries etc), since the author seems to have discontinued his mod (xml fixes and xml fixes updated) and didn't reply to my comments. I could take care of the "dirty" work and check and update the files, i've done it for the 2.0 (dont' remember why i did not post them, maybe cause i was waiting for a reply from the author, i'm not sure :p) but since i can't still get my hand on the EE version ( Atm i'm on a crappy laptop with not enough HD space left to download the patch :p), so, if you have already messed with the file and notice that they're fixed , i will not care.
Just another question, the Necrophage oil bug? Was it fixed in 2.0? I don't remember exactly, but i remember that i changed something manually in the Thunderbolt Recipe (Not sure if like your mod or something else)
@Ifrit30 It's in the description, near the bottom, but it basically makes the Whirl oil craftable again. It was rendered impossible to make with version 2.0 of the game, when they added a special recipe for use in the tutorial - problem is, they specified the exact same ingredients as the Whirl oil, so whenever you want to make this oil, you get the tutorial potion instead. This mod alters the Whirl oil recipe so that it no longer conflicts with said tutorial potion.

Time permitting i'll look into them and maybe upload the updated files here on the nexus
Thanks

Thank you for your patience.
