Hey, the mod doesn't work for me. Absolutely no change. I am also playing in 8K (7680x4320) and the text is unreadable small. Can someone please help me?
The mod might be working. Text will get smaller as resolution increases and appear small at 8K. Try the mod Witcher 3 UI Font for 8K.
If there really is no change in the text before and after installation then there's an issue somewhere. If you're using Rise of the White Wolf see that section under Installation.
You're exclusively using the garabd_30_o font everywhere. I'm not sure how that's "better". This mod uses that font in tandem with others. Anyway, thanks for the update. I did not notice an issue with Czech after a quick glance. What was the problem?
The garabd font is little bit larger and it's more similar to the orginal font of the game. And the problem with Czech version is that some Czech symbols are missing.
garamond is an original font as well, used in places like the main menu. It's large size makes it perfect for us.
Yea it looks like the larger arial_#_nzh font is missing some special characters, including apostrophes. It's probably not worth using which negates the point of overwriting some of the fontcache files. Thanks.
Thank you so much for creating this! It was such a struggle playing this, trying to read the text, and it got to the point where I couldn't play it at all anymore on my 1920x1080 monitor (TV, actually). You've given the game back to me.
There won't be any problems running the mod. If text is too large will be a matter of preference. You can try the mod file that uses smaller text at 2k if you find the main file too large.
Thanks for the feedback. If ROTWW is installed go to Data/zz_rotww/fonts and delete the fonts.2da file. They are using their own font file that take precedence over mine. Thanks for the feedback and helping improve the experience you two. Nobody else needs to run into this problem now :D...theoretically lol.
I have the GOG Version of the game and tested your mod, seems like it hase no effekt and i still think the text is very small. Ill add picture for you to confirm if this is ok

How can i get big font size back wwith ROTWW?
I have the GoG version of TW1 and the mod was working just fine.
can somebody explain why?
i followed the instructions.
