Stuff Searcher 1.1
With this mod you get access to a little input box at the top of your inventory. It's a search field! You can type stuff into it and your inventory will update with each keypress.
Installation
This mod uses the Darktide Mod Loader and Darktide Mod Framework (you'll be prompted to install them when you go to download this mod), which are available on this site. Once you have those in place, you can install this mod by extracting the stuff_searcher folder into your mods folder, then adding stuff_searcher to your mod_load_order.txt.
Usage
To use the mod, open up your inventory to any of the categories (primary weapon, secondary weapon, or curio). Then either hit S to jump to the search field, or click on it. Once the field has focus, everything you type will search and filter the inventory. You can search by item names like "Power Sword", "Lucius", "Chainaxe", etc. You can search by blessing names like "Brutal Momentum" and "Power Cycler", and you can search for an item of a specific rating by simply typing in a number. All searching is case-insensitive.
From the search box, you can hit Escape to de-focus the text box and enable the other usual hotkeys, like for comparing, inspecting, etc. If you don't want this functionality you can turn it off in the mod options.

Roadmap & TODOs
- Make searching work in the current locale as well as in English. (Requested by deluxghost)
- Improve search to support logic and filtering per-field, e.g. "name:power sword and blessing:brutal"
- Improve search to support ranges when operating on numeric fields such as tier, rarity, perk and blessing strength, etc.
- Make using the keyboard to navigate up and down the item listing defocus the search textbox.
- Make clicking the Equip button defocus the search textbox.
Known Issues
- Curio blessings and Perks for all items match inexplicibly or don't match where they should. Number values also do not match correctly yet and may even throw errors if the percent symbol is used.
Things To Maybe Do But Not Sure
- Pin items to top of listings.
- Lock items so you can't accidentally barter/sell, refine, or rebless them.
- Show "new" items at top of list.
- If I add too many extra things I might have to rename the mod. Maybe.
- Advanced/simple search mode options. Advanced would make use of scriptish text to filter items. Simple would add some extra UI components to achieve complex searching. Probably a fair bit of work.
