Truly thanks for this awesome addition to the base mod! To issue at hand, after installing the latest base mod edition, this one doesn't work. It gives me 1500 (literally) red notifications that attachments don't work. Help!
Sadly I cannot say if this is on here or the base mod, but the Ogryn slab shield seems to have the barrel from the grenade gauntlet thing stuck to it in some odd way, whenever equipped it results in that big tube barrel being attached to your hand and is real obnoxious and clearly not meant to be there. Posting this here and on the MT mod in case its to do with that, but it goes away when I take off the shield and wasnt there pre-modding so its clearly linked to the customization somehow.
To recreate, equip shield on ogryn, alter ANYTHING about it, then switch primary to something that isnt the gauntlet (I don't own one, been swapping between Kickback and Stubber), this updates the preview and you should see the barrel from the gauntlet thing where it should not be.
as much as I love this mod, I think I have to uninstall it, my shop weapons are so random now, a hammer is a sword lol. I'll stick to the base weapon customization.
then keep going back through previous versions they'll all work with the latest version from gras, I dont personally get these issues myself so I'm just giving the best advice I can, and from the looks of things, this is still, not something I can fix from my end.
Bumping this because i had the same issue for a while now and trying earlier versions of the mod doesnt help! the mod is so cool and its really frustating not being able to use it...
This isn't really an issue I can fix though if it's happening to you with prior versions, all my plugin does is add new entries into the menus for gras's mod, and this is something Gras and I are unable to replicate. if you could send a console log into the modding discord (in the appropriate place) that'd help but so far there's been no sole direct cause.
Great addition to the main mod! But unfortunately all scopes stopped working for me after the latest update... I can equip them but i cannot aim. The mark is completely off.
this is an issue with the latest base mod I cant do anything about it besides tell you to get the sight extension from the feb03 release of the base mod and insert it into the feb24th version.
It always crashes for me everytime I try to open the customization menu. I installed it just like any other mod and insured that this was below extended weapon customization in the load order. Did I miss something with the install?
can you provide the console log to me on discord? the modding discord tells you how to post it,
also currently there's issues with the latest version that I am not experiencing, but people on pc's with different specs than mine are encountering issues, I marked the latest one as testing because of that, but I'd say try version 10.0
I mean, you can edit the code, but that's not a question for this mod, that's a question for this mod (aka this isn't a plugin issue, this is a base mod issue)
Love the new parts but.. man.. I had to turn off the randomization for team mates. Had a zealot earlier with an eviscerator that had a dagger blade. Dude was runnin around with a two handed butter knife. Then had a psyker using an axe with what looked like a loaf of bread for a handle..
I still need to go through and do some more of the melee weapons I just haven't really bothered with them that much because I'm not too particularly interested with them.
However, for randomization, there's not really a easy way to just say "dont use thing", as each thing draws from a common file, and if I set a 'no_randomize' tag on them, they'll be excluded from randomization without a toggle, even on weapons they'd make sense on.
