Can you help me. This is my first time downloading a mod and I'm still new to this kind of thing. So, here's my problem I can't seem to open the modpacker because there's an error in java, it says that "JNI error has occurred". Can somebody tell me how to fix it. Thanks!
Edit: Oh, and btw. I downloaded java in "https://www.java.com/en/", so it should have no problems right?
The file structure of the assets have changed slightly, with some of the DLC data being put into separate .dat file. This has made it so that we cannot unpack some of the DLC data, such as the codex data, gallery data, and music data as the modpacker doesn't recognize codex-dlc1.dat, gallery-dlc1.dat, and music-dlc1.dat
Is there a way to change what files the modpacker extracts or is that something you would have to change?
Hey, I realize this is an old project, but now with official modding tools out, I think this is still the most reliable way to obtain the official assets for edits.
When extracting sprite data, it seems as if you're extracting the image files, but not the .ase files that the game clearly knows about (they're referenced in the sheet.json files). Is there anyway to provide the .ase files? They make bulk editing with the new modding tools a lot easier, especially when using Asesprite.
Hi, I'm an okay-ish artist, and I wanted to tweak the portraits, but I'm not sure how to get the files to edit them, even extracted they become this weird format, I'm a complete noob at this part of the stuff and wondered if anyone could help me get the files?
I've tried, and haven't gotten far. Can anybody provide the process to add new units to the game? The steps posted earlier don't work/make much sense. My end goal is to add custom animations and everything, if people have any help regarding that.

Are there any plans to update it? There are quite a lot of mods only in hmd format and I don't know if there is other ways to install those.
Edit: It seems to work with mods added after the update so it would be up to the individual modmakers, my bad.
