Removed Quickslot support from main vortex file, since it was giving errors when people didn't have that mod installed.

Added a config file with options for skill progression loss, consumed food loss and item loss.
Added partial compatibility with equipment and quick slots mod. Quick slots items are always kept on death (while equipment slots currently suffer from a bug where they are only saved if the inventory is not full)
