1. Extract the contents of the mod to a folder for temporary storage. 2. Copy the .umod, .int, and .jpeg files and put them in the Systems folder in the games directory. 3. Copy the .utx file in the mod you extracted to the textures folder. 4. NO NEED TO DOUBLE CLICK THE .UMOD executable. Just run the game and the skins will appear in the multiplayer character creation menu in their corresponding categories.
