Hiya! I set Recipe Crafting Time Adjustments to 1 (not -1), but I don't see any changes to crafting times (Was hoping it'll be done in 1 minute). I was wondering if I did something wrong configuring it.

Hmm, I wondered about that, I know when I set it to 0, it was instant, but I also assumed if set to anything between 0 and 5, it would still take 5 in-game minutes. This assumption is because of how the in-game time appears to tick. Meaning, I'm under the impression you'd need to increment it by 5. IE: 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and so on. This is not how it works. ---- Setting to 1 does work for me. So can I ask for some logs?
You have my blessing to make your own fork of the mod for updates/new features/any other reason you feel like. While I have intended to get things updated that obviously hasn't happened, and I'm not going to get a chance to play/mod Traveller's Rest again for a while.

As of this post - - Game updated Apr 3rd. - Redux Mod made April 8th, no updates made to the redux as of his post.

I have tested and found the redux mod to still be working as it did when I first downloaded it on April 8th. Including these.
Fresh mod install+new character
Load game to get the config
Might as well play Day 1 daily stuff; mining and foraging
Fill your water bucket!! Make a second one while at it, and fill it
Go to Bed/save
Exit game
Edit config file - take note the "DO NOT USE DURING TUTORIAL" for the Unlimited Water Bucket, and the why- - If the bucket is empty... the water bucket can not be refilled using this mod; recipes/crafts/pet bowl will see an Empty Bucket, but the Well will tell you there's no empty buckets to fill... while enabled - If the bucket is full, it will never become empty... while enabled
Start Day 2 with all the mod has to offer
Existing saves
Fill your water buckets!!
Go to Bed/save
Edit config file
Turn on Unlimited Water Bucket
Profit of everything the mod offers and start your journey the next game day
I concur, the latest update (Today's) broke the mod. Need another update when possible. Some of the OTHER mods still work since the update, but this one does not.
The Pet Party update has broken many features of this mod. Still working on getting it to work as it did.
As the current downloadable Redux stands right now, unchanged, only some features do still work, like-
Unlimited Fuel still works!
Unlimited Water Bucket does still work, but not on the new feeders...
Keeping the Tavern clean!
Guests don't complain while eating, but they do still get angry over waiting for food/drink...
Keeping the Garden Watered works!
There are a lot of features to test in the mod, and the ones we love from the mod are the ones we're saying are broken. This is understood.
Been passing this mod back and forth with Vortox, as to what is and isn't working. Very much aware this being one of the most beloved mods for the game that make it playable for many, with all of its features. Vortox wants to get it right, but also will happily let someone else take over the project if someone wants to take up responsibility for the mod.
I'm trying to play with this mod but the game keeps crashing. The log is showing the following error. Can you please tell me how to resolve this? I get the error even if restful tweaks is the only mod I'm running. Thank you in advance.
Hey, yall: took a look at the logs and it seems the Galaxy Service error has to do with the multiplayer - it wants you to be logged in to GOG Galaxy and if you aren't it gives that error. If you aren't playing multiplayer it should be fine. The actual error is higher up in the log. Provided for developer convenience. I'm not super great with programming but it looks like something changed with the animals (specifically something called AnimalNPC). It's probably beyond my ability to fix (oh my god, why did they use randomly named methods, this is madness) but I could conceivably create a fork with the animal bits taken out that might work, if drstalker is okay with that, just to bridge any gap between now and a real fix.
Not sure if you are still supporting this mod, Drstalker. But I am getting an error when the mod is being loaded (see below). This is the only mod that I am attempting to load, btw. The game version is now 0.7.0.6 (as of Mar 3, 2025). Love the idea of this mod and would be willing to try and help more if I can. Thanks.
it's completely outdated (almost every mod here. For example: Prices, Aging and so on). Many settings don't work, the stack amount is one that doesn't work. It's a real shame, it's one of the best mods for Travellers Rest. An upgrade would be really nice.
