update 04/09/2023 v1.2 - a custom shader upscale.hlsl (3dmigoto) replaces reshade - updated 3dmigoto from 1.2.9 (64bits) to 1.3.16.0 (64bits) - added reduce misaligned ice sheets - added reduce clipping white in snow covered areas - added reduce clipping white npc and avatar clothes, skin and hair - added reduce darkness, blue tint and zoom in of demon view - tweaked most of the shaders to improve contrast - tested on win 10(1903)
anyone know a fix for the demon hand?, after using this mod the aiming cursor for demon hand just vanished into thin air, its not so much as a problem in combat but it is a problem for exploration since without the red cursor that appears when the demon hand locks into grabbable objects it becomes hard to tell what wall and ledge is scalable
Edit: nevermind, I saw a comment for battle related hud and the author had a fix, however simply deleting the part with replace.bin doesn't work. I had to also remove the file with just replace in the name
I know this is pretty old, but thanks for this mod. It worked on Steam Deck without having to change any launch settings, I just had to remove the UI changes as they made icons and other things disappear. I never realized how ridiculously dreary the game normally looks, such a strange amount of heavy dark fog.
It's crazy how beautiful and vivid he open world actually is with the clear skies.
With version 1.2 reshade has been removed and replaced with a custom shader tonemap via 3dmigoto: update 04/09/2023 - a custom shader upscale.hlsl (3dmigoto) replaces reshade
From the description: - performance reshade / 3dmigoto gpu usage 1080p@~55fps without - clock 1150Mhz gpu usage ~96% with - clock 1366Mhz gpu usage ~96% approximately 8% increase (1050gtx ti on win 7)
So *no* it will not increase the fps however it should, given your videocard and settings of the game, not decrease the framerate that much.

83114c83faebfedd-ps_replace.bin
ef42c8999a7e8f27-vs_replace.bin
but also this files

hope this helps others with the same issue I had

and that it works on the steam deck!
Yeah the game goes a bit overboard on
haze and fog the mod tries to elevate that
a bit.

So yes it works :)

From description:

the following shaders from the folder 'shaderfixes'
83114c83faebfedd-ps_replace.txt

and if compiled remove:
83114c83faebfedd-ps_replace.bin
ef42c8999a7e8f27-vs_replace.bin
then restart the game.
