   Would you consider making a mod that make AI more difficult? I found that even on Legendary difficulty AI is not recruiting to much armies and campaing is to easy after 20/30 turns.

      Chill out pro... I am having a hard time winning on normal. Not enough resources to maintain high lvl army... then again i kinda suck

      It probably means when an ally declares war on you.
