I've noticed one issue so far with it, it cause the Perks to glitch out when creating a Sims, when creating a new Sim it loads with some Perks already included, and when you try to change them it'll remove more than 3 then when you try to add new Perks it only add 1 back and the rest don't go into the slot, which then will cause the Perk screen to freeze and you can't do nothing to get it unstuck, only by exiting the Create a Sim will it work.
Are you sure about that, as this is the first time, I've heard of it and Its being around for a year or more I just updated and post it for the first time here, as you can get another place also. in addition, it doesn't use anything to deal with perks it a string code and doesn't use or alter any other string code nor does it take from any other feature strings/code. It is all custom, and uses its very own strings, so it must be another mod you use that share or uses a string from any perks, reward etc...
