As the description says in note 3 - most NPCs use heads that are already available in the creator. I have added all nonselectable head meshes now. I may start adding nonselectable scars, makeup, etc.
Feel free to ask which head an NPC uses but just know that there are no more heads to add.
These work with Spacer's Choice Edition without needing changes. Let me know in comments if you find issues as I just quickly popped in to character creator to see if they load and they did but I didn't do any more testing than that.
head - 6 skintone - 14 eye color - 18 brows - 28 hair style - 8 hair color - 31 dirt - 9 she has a 'scar' which is unavailable to the player. i'm struggling at the moment to get the scar replacer to work, i'm too tired lol
also she uses a preset for the sliders. i can't make sense of some of the values - the horizontals and cheeks have both positive and negative values. so i think they're either like this or the exact opposite? i honestly can't tell which way looks more like her.. at any rate, this is pretty close i think
Ludovico uses the following - head 12, skin tone 2, eye color 13, hair style 21, hair color 38, eyebrow style 26, facial hair style 3, facial hair color 41, dirt 1, age 0.46 which I think means basically halfway in the scale. He uses a scar and makeup that aren't selectable, I'll add them as replacers like the heads in this mod. He has a slider preset applied (the Nut Hut vendor's preset actually, funny) so if you're trying to recreate him exactly, tell me and I can post a picture of the numbers. They're a bit confusing for some of the sliders but it would be helpful, if that's what you're after.
Hi Tried out parvatti, I could use somethings just not all , I did read the description, like it said things I could use hair styles, hair color, eye color, facial changes, .. Features I could use only , young to old look , Things not yet available - make up , eye brow slider , skin tone , ( skin tone didn't work for me ) But it was to good to try it out , this was the very first mod , I had ever added to outer worlds, but over all the mod did work and I hadn't stuffed it up, installing it .. So thanks , can only get better right ? =D Endorsed

When you say that you replace beard options with parasites and dirt options with scars. Will NPCs have appear with said parasites and/or scars?

One thing- skin tone should work but not on the face. It should change the body.
