This is the first game I've ever installed Reshade on where its not working. Steam version, latest version of Reshade, Spacer's edition, no reshade menu showing up in game. Im losing my mind
super late reply but i was just running into the same issue. You need to install ReShade. When running ReShade find the game exe (should just be listed) then do the second option to download updates.. with that point it to the Terraformed ReShade v1_1.ini
I'm glad I watched some of the videos attatched to this paged because, and I mean no offense at all, the screenshots used for this mod genuinely look awful. It looks like all the colour has been blown up and washed out, I'm not sure if they are screen grabs from earlier builds or something but it's genuinely some of the worst screenshots of reshade I've ever seen. Looks good in-game though!
OMG! I finally achieved to install RESHADE and this preset on XBOX GAME PASS version of the game :D.
So here's the trick for anyone on GAME PASS... Install RESHADE to any other GAME EXE (THE GAME MUST BE INSTALLED FROM STEAM O EPIC, etc...) in my case y used SKYRIM, of course you have to choose DIrectX10-11-12 when installing. Once you installed reshade, open THAT GAME root folder (where the game exe is located) and COPY all the files Reshade installed to your OUTTER WORLDS GAME EXE DIRECTORY (in my case C/XBOXGAMES/INIDANA.../BIN/WIN64). Once you have done that just copy the preset files to that same folder and overwrite if available.
Totally worth it! The game looks much better! AWESOME PRESET, of course is personal preference and you might disagree. Totally Endorsed
This game being not that demanding allow me to play at 2k with almost all settings in Ultra (I personally see no difference on some settings from Very High to Ultra). Using a 4070ti the game never really used it to its full capability.

You can try replacing the values in the "Terraformed ReShade v1_1.ini" file with the ones below.
For a touch of softness (If playing below 4K resolution with CA disabled)
[CAS.fx]
Sharpness=0.750000
For a sharper adaptation effect (True black levels)
[EyeAdaption.fx]
fAdp_Strength=1.000000
fAdp_Delay=0.707107
fAdp_DarkenMidtones=0.265625
fAdp_BrightenMidtones=0.531250
fAdp_TriggerRadius=7.000000
fAdp_DarkenHighlights=0.000000
fAdp_BrightenHighlights=-0.183594
fAdp_Equilibrium=0.734375
fAdp_BrightenShadows=-0.367188
fAdp_DarkenShadows=-0.183594
P.S. - Sorry this is a bit late. Haven't had time to play the game all week. >_<
