Thank you for your great tool and the latest update! Unfortunately the APS freezes 30-60 seconds after loading a map. I've never had this issue with previous versions, so I'm a bit lost if I'm doing something wrong or if others experienced similar issues and there is a way to fix it?
The latest version has 1.8K downloads and I have not received any other reports. So at least it's not a common problem. Can you give me more info: Does it happen on all maps, do you have any population related mods running? Also, when you say freeze, what exactly happens? Does APS get just unresponsive, are there also any graphical glitches? Can you close the window, do you have to kill it?

The game puts animals in that list that were killed. When it spawns new animals, entries are deleted from that list. If you don't harvest your kills it seems this list keeps growing. Basically that's all I know.
It might be some mechanism intended to balance respawns but I'm not sure it is actually used. It seems to be broken somehow.
With the last update the Bobcat was lowered from class 3 to class 2. They also reduced the maximum weight from 45kg to 18kg. That messed up my level prediction tables which are based on weight.
Anyone who would like to help me is welcome to provide me with data. I need the new weight thresholds, so write down the minimum and maximum weight you see for each level. Use this post to report your data.

20 - 0 is now feed they were changed that way on all 4 maps they are on
