These numbers were extracted from the game files using the deca tool. I don't
see why they shouldn't be public knowledge. The effectiveness of caller
and lures is shown in the game and the values are accurate for the old
species. Unfortunately they are not correct for several of the new
species.

They column labeled 'primary' is the standard use case. The values under 'secondary' are
probably for the 'Who's Deer' and 'Dazed and Confused' skill.
