   Have you been updated?
   I tried in Hirschfelden and Layton Lake District and it didn't seem to unlock.
   Sorry if I am doing something wrong.

      no, it just unlocks the outpost to fast travel to them.. you still have to claim the outposts.

   After downloading it. I can fast travel to all outposts but the moment i claim one outpost it shuts down all fast travel to the other outposts. Not sure why but thought you should know.

   can you please update this it was working the other day till this new update wondering if u can update it asap please?

   The devs think this game should be like far cry 4 and towers.....
   
   I think it is to keep people playing past the 2 hour return window.

      Glad you like the mod, I made this mod because I got tired of the maps resetting every time the devs had an update and then I would have to run around for hours trying to unlock outposts I had unlocked several times already.
