Note, at present I am dealing with my own playthrough and have less time to create such a large project on my own, my birthday is coming up too. Will try working on it again in August or later.
Sharing retextures as png files is inconvenient for the mod user. Here's what you can do to have the IMG files:
1. Use ArenaSuite to unpack a copy of your GLOBAL.bsa 2. Copy your retextures and paste them in the appropriate unpacked directories, overwrite the originals. 3. Repack the bsa 4. Use ArenaToolBox (BSATool.exe), open the repacked GLOBAL.bsa 5. Select your texture in the list and do Extract > Extract as raw > Extract as file, or Extract all filtered files.
To get better images for nexusmods, I would scale the textures by like x10 to get at least 500 pixels in width and assemble the before and after in one image so it's easier to compare. The comparison image must be scaled in advance if you want people to see. Use nearest neighbor filtering when resizing so the pixels won't blend together like in your bookcase image.
