So, I've been making this mod since march 21 2018 but a guy beat me to releasing it. I decided to release mine anyway.
Ampoliros, whom beat me in releasing the mod, is a great guy. Check his out too and choose whichever you prefer. I'll be adding more functionality and an additional building to mine soon as well as a custom skin. This will also be a part of a larger mod I'm going to create but am releasing this piece in case someone doesn't want to use my larger mod.
