Sorry, noob question I'm not familiar with modding this game, where do these files go within the game file structure? There is a DLC, ModTools and Local directories, does is go in one of these and how is accessed? I'm not seeing an executable or a readme as to how this is accessed or installed.
I oversaw the design of software many many years ago, and and I always told my coders to write for the least common denominator. In other words for noobs like me. Hold their hand and walk them through, never assume they know what you mean.
Yup, I'm right there with ya...no idea how to install this and can't understand why someone would go through all the hassle of coding a mod only to leave it up to us newbs to figure it out. The effort is appreciated...it'd just be much more appreciated if I could appreciate it =]
