Any plans to update this essential mod to work well with the Spirit Update? They have made some improvements to population growth but still lacking is any sort of fine-grained control such as we get with your mod. Perhaps you could just use the button they've added and implement your birth cap instead of their system? Thanks either way, this has already made my game much more enjoyable.
