Allows cloning specific colonists with high chance to clone the specialization when Cloning Specialist profile is selected.
Cloning Specialist starts with the tech for Cloning Vats researched. There's a 20% chance for the subject's specialization to be cloned without the profile and 80% with it.
Clones and biorobots can't be further cloned and colonists must have residence in a dome with Cloning Vats in order to allow them being cloned like this. With empty cloning queue the cloning process will generate random clone as before.
