FIXES
-Removed the feedback popup that says "Press F8 to report bugs and give feedback".
-Removed the gameplay hints (e.g., "Break limestone", "Cut creepvine"). In the code they are called "WorldArrow"s.
-Added logic to prevent the inventory from appearing the first time the PDA is opened (the "bootup" sequence).
