Adds a drill-arm upgrade for Vehicle Framework vehicles. Compatible with all VF vehicles, although some vehicles may need updated to make the arms effective.

About
This is an upgrade module for the Prawn and Vehicle Framework vehicles.
It replicates the functionality of the Prawn's drill arm. In fact, it uses the same drill arm.
Alt-use will toggle its functionality.
Normally, it will only work with VF vehicles set up for arms, but in the Vehicle Framework options enabled it for other VF vehicles. Under the specific vehicle heading, you should find a toggle named "Enable Arm Slots." If you enable that toggle and restart the game, that vehicle will get arms slots.
