If i understand you correctly, then there isn't really a way to fix that, unfortunately. The super KO voice line is actually part of the sound effect on super KO's and not actually an announcer sound file. So they'll end up having to say the "KO" announcer line plus the "holy s#*!" (sound effect). It would need a much more advanced type of mod that triggers a different voice line for super KO's that override the end-of-match announcement.
I just redownloaded it from here to verify. It seems to work fine for me. Make sure you don't have any other mod that conflicts with this one. Otherwise, maybe try uninstalling all mods from fluffy, re-read game archives, then reinstall them.
