This was a long time in the making but it's finally DONE. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to replicate the Unreal Tournament Announcer with AI, much like how I made the Killer Instinct Announcer voice mod. That one was done with a combination of Text-to-Speech AI software, Audio Conversion AI software, and a TON of audio editing on top of that.
The Unreal announcer, on the other hand, wasn't cutting it with Text-to-Speech. It just couldn't replicate the specific inflections properly. So, I opted to attempt audio to audio AI conversion alone for this project.
