Extract the file (000-NoMeleeZoomOut_P.pak) and place it into the following folder (for Steam):

C:\Users\WHATEVERYOURPCORUSERNAMEFOLDERIS\AppData\Local\StateOfDecay2\Saved\Paks
For me it looks like this: C:\Users\Mike\AppData\Local\StateOfDecay2\Saved\Paks
