Prevents the camera from zooming out/moving backwards each time melee combat starts/an enemy gets close

I find it extremely annoying that the camera zooms out/moves backwards each time melee combat starts or whenever a zombie/freak gets close.
This is an obvious console feature (as controllers cannot move the camera nearly as quick as a mouse), this mod by "Tx Digital Gaming" fixes this.
This mod was a personally paid for request and he did not post the mod here, so I am posting it for everyone else, enjoy!
Should remain compatible with future updates, as this only changes a few values which are highly unlikely to be changed.
