If any EA app or Play users are seeing an error about unable to write, in the debug window that comes up then it's a permissions error. You will need to take ownership of the EA Games root folder and give your user account modify/write permissions on that folder and apply changes to child objects. If it is still missing some files if you pop over to the modding discord I manually made some of the files that permissions did not allow the mod to create and this fixed it for myself on EA App and some others using EA Play sub and they just drop into the Win64 folder that has the games exe. Most people have had to do both after I worked this out.
If anyone is still facing the same issue and after following all instructions from UE4SS Error and all other methods suggested by everyon else did not fixed it for you, then please do the below steps (Still advised to follow the the UE4SS Error first):
What you need to do is Right click the Jedi Survivor folder, Properties > General section and untick the "Attributes: Read-Only" of the Jedi Survivor folder, apply and ok it, then Open the game and the K function will work correctly this time.
The Read only tick will again be autoticked after closing the game once but the K function will work afterwords anyways.
Doesn't work with epic and ea client anymore. I used this mod a year ago and wanna try it again but whatever fix i try can't run the mod. "K" button doesn't work anymore, sorry guys.
If anyone still facing the issue of K not opening the menu after all the troubleshooting steps, try to switch tabs while the game is open and you have to press the K button, (I tried opening Chrome after clicking the Windows key from within the game screen and after switching back to the game the Outfit manager menu was showing).
People, I have Jedi Survivor on the EA app, and after two days of trying various things with installing the Outfit Manager, I gave up. The game would crash or the "K" button wouldn't work. However, I came across a certain mod that asked to change some values in the UE4SS files in its description. And suddenly, after doing that, everything works for me. I hope it helps you too. Download UE4SS (You can follow this guide) Place the UE4SS files in /SwGame/Binaries/Win64/ Open UE4SS-settings.ini and disable GuiConsoleEnabled = 0 Open /Win64/Mods/mods.txt and enable BPModLoaderMod : 1
I just hope Cal turning invisible during some cutscenes and finisher moves gets fixed soon. Also, towards the end of the game when you get to play as a different character, I wish the mod could detect it and turn the skin/outfit off and then turn it back on afterward for the cutscene.
Yeah, the same happens for me as well, I don't know if it's intended, but what I do to fix it is go into the menu and exit to the game again, and it fixes Cal's textures. It also resets the beard, I use the shaved with stubble version but when I leave the menu Cal is clean shaven, so you have to go into customization again and select stubble again. I don't know if it happens for other beard styles, but it happens with this one.

Everything works perfectly except for hair color, it doesn't show up in Outfit manager, actually i can't change the color of anything?
There is a side menu to the right that brings up the hair color options.Download UE4SS (You can follow this guide)
Place the UE4SS files in /SwGame/Binaries/Win64/
Open UE4SS-settings.ini and disable GuiConsoleEnabled = 0
