People have been crying about it, one even made post on the EA forum. So don't want to risk the whole mode being taken down because of that feature - even though it doesn't give you any advantage in game, unlike some other mods...
Best and most usefull mod in the game, if the loadouts are not working for you make sure you put it below the gamemode info mod on frosty, that's the reason why.
