Tried following your dnspy directions to edit "Inventory Slot mod continued" basically combining these two mods, but wasn't able to compile, got a bunch of errors. Probably not an issue on your side in any way, either I messed something up or its and issue with the inventory slot mod. Still, if you see this, could you contact me on discord? Guide forgot to mention, that all other files from "Managed" folder should be present near Assembly-CSharp.dll, either copied together somewhere or right in game folder if you're bit daring. I've just tested and it compiles, when being alone Assembly-CSharp doesn't save/compiles even without single change made in it.
PS: Just done adding double skillpoints into x10 inventory mod - it seems to werks just fine
