Improved Leveling

Contains small tweaks to the leveling experience. Right now lets you reset skill points freely, and lets you set how many extra skillpoints you want and how often.

Monks More Skill Points

By default adds all skill points (123) necessary to max all skills and gives no skill points on level. Allows changing max level of progression based skills. This is configurable as desired.
