Great Reshade so far. I have but one question, I know that using reshade is fine but on the front page of here you state that we should get the addons section for V6 of Reshade. Is it a hard requirement for the Addons section/ Version as i did read that it is disabled to stop cheating ingame so we can get the specific settings for this reshade.

Yeah it's mainly for people to mess around with trying to enable cheats to work but not sure how one does that, so its just a warning as such. The reason for sto is that it enables the 3D depth buffer so you can use effects like depth of field and raytracing

Hey really liking this reshade preset so thanks!  I'm not sure if it's just on my end but after installing this the cutscene subtitles disappeared

Thank you. Yes they will do as the widescreen border covers them up. This is deliberate.

    Good Evening,

I've attempted to use this preset with a fresh install of Reshade 6. I've installed all of the shader options and when attempting to use it the screen is overall quite orange and yellow with the error

    RealLongExposure.fx failed to compile
Error X3676: Typed UAV loads are only allowed for single-component 32-bit element types

I've gone to the github repository of CobraFX who made this plugin and downloaded his version specifically and reinstalled it, however the error persists. Do you have any advice on how to proceed?

Greetings. Any shader that loads up with the error you can right click, go to file explorer and delete if needed. I don't think the shader you've mentioned is one that's needed for my pre set.

The Preset is really good but is there a way to tone down the bright of orange fonts ? it looks very strange in the admiralty menu in the inventory

You could turn off the Blooming HD shader as that does cause a bit of over saturation. To be honest, its all dependent on what UI option you use. I tested this with the standard Federation and Federation classic UI and the fonts not too bad.

Right click the shader that has F9 next to it and you can edit which key you want to use to switch from Cinematic to gameplay.
