Idk if Neok182 plans to do that or not, but if they or anyone else wishes to mod the Radiolytic phasers here's what I've found after trying to mod the beam arrays for the past week (I haven't messed with the cannons):
The beam arrays primarily use the 32c phaser sounds (burst and narrow versions, found in M_P_Player_Space_Voyager.fsb), however that's not the full picture as they ALSO have one of the linked phaser sounds played simultaneously (though slowed down, so it's not obvious at first). So to get the Radiolytic beam arrays to properly use the sound you want you also need to mod Space_CB26_PhaserBolt.mp3 to be silent (it's found in M_P_Player_Space_CB26.fsb). I believe this will also affect the linked DHC sounds as well unfortunately, and obviously the 32c phasers will also use whatever sound you choose for the Radiolytic phasers.
For Beam Overload I THINK the radiolytic arrays slow down the 32c burst sound in addition to the slowed down linked phaser sound, but I'm not positive on this one.
