Protostar Bolt sound replacement for Disco Linked Phasers

Linked phasers replaced by Protostar Bolts.
This primarily replaces the linked beam array sounds but as the cannons use some of the same files they are effected as well. Rep DBB sound replaced as well but as always it does not match the standard ones due to it modulating the sound file and we can't mod that unfortunately.
Even though I think my Linked Phaser Restoration mod did a good job of trying to restore them to the original sound but after I heard the Protostar bolts I thought that they would fit really well so put it together and I think they are a great replacement. Different but they fit well with the visuals and I also found the sound more enjoyable overall as it's not as sharp as the default or my restoration mod especially with high haste and FAW.
To install, copy the included 'localdata' folder to the STO install directory: 'Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online\Live\' Yes there are double 'Star Trek Online' folders.
For example if you are using steam you'll be going here: Steam\steamapps\common\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online\Live\
