A save with a LVL 40 character, all 40 skills unlocked and all 14 combat skills made elite.
No colonies, just a start save with maxed out character and an extra ship which is immortal if you activate shields and special ability.

Save with 3 maxed colonies in Duzahk system. Also character is maxed out.
As save is started from vanilla it is quite advanced in time, but no mission was done, so even if it has a coupe years in it's still mainly a start save.
