Big huge shout-out to SpoopySauce1 for putting in the effort with the skin, the mod, and all the details to make this as good as it is. Making this was both a learning experience for us both, and fun.
We plan to not only improve this mod, but to also make others.
Appears to be they're leaning more into a celestial/cosmic/body horror aesthetics with obvious inspirations aesthetically of the warp from 40k's franchise with thematical and lore elements inspired by a hybrid of Lovecrafts Expanded Universe and The Celestial Serpent from Elderscrolls.
(Which based on the lore they directly tell us is what should be expected, but now what I did expect as what I did expect was a little more nihilistic and unjustified.)
And a free content update it looks like adding in the trackers alliance as a faction out rn with its own questline and unique gear and weapons. So a functional bounty out-law chase component.
A Side, not really a down or up side I guess. Is they did release the creations content aswell, but for now its just furniture, a weapon, plushies, armorset, and an observatory building for outposts.

I've posted this before, but thank you for making this mod, it fixed a gaping hole in the game that prevented me from playing a type of character I wanted to play as a Xenobiologist Vaarun Loyalist who snipes monsters hunting them, and scanning xenoflora and xenofauna for research then selling off the excess parts.
Umm, guys? Looks like the new download is missing the textures. All I'm seeing is vanilla. Well? At least they aren't purple. LoL Ahh I see. Packed 'em up. Hmmm. wonder why I'm not seeing them after workbench application then.
Have you tried this potential fix from the main description page?
Edit starfieldcustom.ini and add the following line if it does not already exist sResourceIndexFileList=InflictorEnhancedTextures.ba2 If you already have this line with other mods, add a comma then add the InflictorEnhancedTextures.ba2 at the end
when I hadded this in the StarfieldCustom.ini file, the weapon looked right, but my characters face became completely black. I searched for "sResourceIndexFileList" and the only place I could find it was in the main Starfield.ini file. I added the "InflictorEnhancedTextures.ba2" to the end there and that worked. I do, however, think it's bad practice to edit the main .ini file..
I copied the indexFileList from the Starfield.ini to StarfieldCustom.ini and then added this mods ba2 in StarfieldCustom.ini that worked. Without the copied list from the main ini every surface in my ship was highly reflective.
Hmm would it be possible to pack this into ba2's? for performance increases? I have tried with this tool: https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/5099
the bethesda archive manager but it doesn't seem to do the job...maybe due to me missing things?
i love the look of this mod, but i cant get it to work and it only seems to mess with my inflictor texture, but not in the way the images show, only pixelating certain areas. Do you know of any conflicting mods or mods that should be loaded before/after to fix this?
Load this mod last to be sure nothing is conflicting. If you have any other mods which alter the inflictor? Disable them, and then turn the back on one at a time.
When you say you can't get it to work; Does this only mean the texture? Can you otherwise use the mod? Can you build the parts, and do they function?
just reinstalled and now the damascus texture is applied but i cant see the features added by the mod. I also tried this with no other mods and it still didnt work
I am having the exact same issue. It only seems to mess with my inflictor texture pixelating certain areas. I am thinking it is conflicting with the Dark Star Astrodynamics and Manufacturing mods. Even if it is placed last on the Mod order.

But both feel way too late.
If you're interested.

I'd be happy to make more stuff around it if i can find someone to work with.

Ha. This will be the first time I've ever needed to edit that line in a BGS title.
Thanks.
[Edit] That got it. Thanks again.
[note to self] RTFM. LoL!!

What i can do is upload your fixed version to this mod page and credit you if you like?
Get in touch via DM or on discord (deantendo) and we can work out the details.
And also: Thanks!

People having technical problems with this mod is uncommon, so there must be something else going on here.
i meet all the needs for it
what to do?
