Any issues should be posted with the stararmory.log file.
If a single npc is broken check there inventory by clicking them in the console and using : inv
If you don't see an item appear ingame check the log for clashes:

This is due to the FPF clashing system to prevent nudity. In this case Clothes_Constellation_Uniform_Captain_Com is using the Misc1VisOnly which prevents any non BODY amours from being added to this list.
Either disable Clothes_Constellation_Uniform_Captain_Com in this list or accept that this combo won't work.
As a side note if the NPC was set to wear both of these the uniform would be hidden and they'd just be wearing a poncho
I'm having an interesting problem. The armors seem to be being added as intended, but sometimes a person from a spawn group which I haven't altered will span without clothes. What could this be?
So I've doing alot of testing with this mod since it seems bugged, probably related to base game version updates. But as far as Males missing armors. It seems certain NPCs that belong to a certain modded faction leveled list are bugged. For example Male Ecliptic Guards on Red Mile will be bugged despite having armors available for Males.
Using changesex command on them and then resetinventory will give you a clothed NPC. A bit immersion breaking but it should be one time fix per NPC.
I actually encountered this issue more abruptly at an encounter with Ecliptics. I have not seen this issue with other factions.
So turns out, the problem is way the leveled list handles the item pool. Atleast for the Ecliptics.
The fix is to make your patch normally/as expected.
Then you have to edit the patch in SF1Edit and add the FLAG "Calculate from all levels <= player's level" to each of the ecliptic leveled lists. So 3, armor, backpack, helmet.
Hi, if anyone have found a way to make mods like "Starfield_Eyewear/Masks, Eit_Clothiers, Scavenger_Outfit_Reloaded" work with "Star Armory", I would like to know the process please. This mod is awesome, I'm just having a few problems to modify the levelled list with the mods I quoted, I'm aware of the clashing/flag thing with items causing the anti-nudity to pop up. English is not my first language, I'm trying my best to understand all this, and how to fix this issue; but I have to admit that I might need a little more help here.

Have you tried paring down the mods used in the esm? I had to go through, adding them in one by one until I found the offending mod that crashed the game.
This mod still doesn't work for me as intended, but I can play the game (just none of the new items load, so everyone looks jank).
i had this same problem. what fixed it for me was to install the mod, create the patch, disable this mod leaving the created patch enabled. i use votex.

One question - for Paradiso guests (often in swim or resort-wear) and the Neon costume dancers, is there a specific type to match to these groups? I see there's a category "Party Citizens", but I'm unsure whether that just refers to NPCs in the Astral Lounge in general or not (or maybe even something else?)
So it adds weapons to the LL list but can we set what levels they start spawning at? only asking cause i added LPs new laser pistol and the Halo energy sword and i set them on Pirates but they spawn on the first mission.......leveld the dig team more so then usual lol i barely survived and only cause i managed to get a halo sword and started shredding lol

The dll file comes up as a major virus in my system, I did a bypass on it and it does not work for me, Keep getting errors then when it does work nothing shows up in game no changes..
Update: unable to delete the StarArmory-v2.1.2.dll

One of the smartest and easy to use mods I have ever seen, kudos to you. Any plans on releasing this mod on other titles? Fallout 4 or skyrim? Would be huge help on those games too, thank you and good luck.
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but does this tool add armour and weapons into the factions levelled lists without overriding a vanilla item? As in some faction members will spawn in with vanilla clothing, and some will spawn in with the modded armour/weapons? Or does it totally replace vanilla items with the selected mods?

where should I start to investigate?
sometimes, i load but the next door or loading screen crashes ... without it I have no issue
i tried everything ... i noticed that withoutt clothing it doesn't CTD on save load, but it CD the first loading screen
