Skin colors are baked into NPCs, so it will always revert back to original. For Andreja, change the skin color of the preset to #4 so that when it does revert back, it will match the face skin color. There's no fix at the moment that I know of. You'll just have to do with darker skin tone. Even Andreja's moles will come back.
Yeah, already found the number for Andreja, thanks for the Sarah! Even with original skit tone, this face is by far the best here on Nexus for Andreja, while also still having much in common with the original (I have also reverted hair and eyes colour close to original).
