I've seen in one of the other comments that you were offering to make patchs for mods if they modified Boxing. I'm using Pilgrimage (https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/6870?tab=files), which indeed does just that, and was wondering if your mod was already compatible with it or not?
EDIT 1: I have tested this mod with the Pilgrimage mod; it is indeed compatible. I do progress in the Boxing skill and can spend points in it, no problem. Cheers!
Also, I intend to install your Beefy Skills mod, and was wondering if the Unarmed Weapon file found there under 'Optional' in the main download is the same/as recently updated as the one here, or if it'd be best to take one over the other?
Also also (turns out I ended up with more questions than I thought, lol), I was wondering... a) is the Unarmed 'Weapon' stronger than regular unarmed or the same, and does regular unarmed still benefits from all the advantages of Beefy Skills?
Hey! I love this, but I've noticed that it isn't treated as a weapon by other mods like https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/5721 or https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/6074 --- I don't know much if anything about modding, but it would be really cool if I could use these mods with my fists weapon to increase the damage even further and to add modifiers like "One-Inch Punch" legendary effect to it! Would this be possible to do?
Version 1.1 Modifies the Boxing Skill, to make it accept any Unarmed Weapon. If you are making a mod that mods Boxing, then check the bottom of the description for info on how to make it work with my mod or vanilla unarmed
Good catch, I didnt notice it doing that, Its fixed in the new version, though to fix it i had to modify the boxing skill, so let me know if you use any skill mods that might override it and i can probably patch it real quick
