I'm no expert, certainly not on scripts, but isn't this main script updated by Bethesda over time as well and replacing it with one fro 2023 wouldn't that be an issue? Like does it need updating, or are we missing something here? Because this fix is pretty crucial.
Thanks for fixing the bug and doing it without esm. The only trouble I had was I didn't realize I lost some crew while switching ships before loading the mod. Once I topped my crew off the challenge started completing without having to use Frontier. Great mod.
I'm confused by the challenge description. Is it checking that I have a crew of 2 or more or that the destroyed/boarded ship has a crew of 2 or more? Is it both?
I finally don't need this mod since I suffered the ship reverting to base model bug for a THIRD time and so decided to scrap/rebuild the Frontier instead, but I very much appreciate this. :)
Does this fix hired crew from leaving when I capture a new ship?
I once hired 4 crew members, spent I dont know how much, then the first thing I did was jack a ship in space and all the crew got dismissed. I couldnt find them again either.
Just an FYI, this conflicts with Always Land On Planets - Landing Animation (https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/4676). You might want to note that in the description.

on my side only destroy ships are fine,
aborting not
but i'm using skk Ship Management Tools
Is there a reason you used GetForm() to look up the SpaceshipCrew AV rather than adding a new script property to SQ_PlayerShip [000174A2]?
