Hunger has now been made optional via one of the versions under Optional Files (with another alternate version for IconSortingTags). These versions should play nicely with Simple Needs or Eat.Sleep.Drink. (not Starvival).

I have also also uploaded a new file for the main IconSortingTags version since IST was updated. No other changes yet.

Hope you read this CHIPMUNKR. I send you a mail about 12 days ago on Nexus Mail asking for your permission to publish a mod called: "Improved Consumables". I need to ask because my mod uses a bit of code from this mod (specifically the alcohol and painkiller addictions, though the names of the addictions are changed a bit and so are the penalties). Anyway since your the author of the original code I thought it would be best to get your permission before publishing the mod. Also I used the improve reload speed for any food and drink that increases movement speed, but the other stats for food, drink and chems are my own modifications. If you like I can send you the mod for review (just don't publish it as your own work), before you give me permission to publish.
     Thank you for your consideration.

Any chance of a version sans hunger for compatibility with other needs mods?

Not sure what I have wrong with this setup, I'm using simple needs and the no hunger version of this mod, and it feels off. Ive gone straight to the Kreet research lab on a new game, i've drank 2 sparkling waters, about 10 boom pop drinks from the vending machine, milk, and whatever else I've found and I'm still dehydrated. Also using the 40% 'Dilated Timescale' mod mentioned on the Simple needs mod page. I've juggled the load order about with these 3 mods and nothing seems to be changing, perhaps the issue is the time dilation.. ill try without that.

After removing 'Dilated Timescale', the issue initially seemed to be resolved when using consumables, but after one grav jump to Jemison after the kreet research lab intro, I went from fully satisfied in all three areas (hunger, hyrdation and rest) to Red on all three.

Edit: after further investigation there seems to be a lot of back and forth discussiions/bug hunting regarding Simple Needs time calculations, this I suspect is the issue. Apologies for posting here, however i shall leave it up for anyone else who gets this issue.

Sorry to ask the stupid question. But does this mod also alter the textures of the food shown in the first picture in the image gallery? Those textures are incredible. If not, where can those food textures be downloaded?

So interesting little find with this... Medicine skill increases the healing perk tick, as well as reduces the total duration, just like it does with medpacks. Was this intentional?

I saw that this isn't compatible with Starvival, but is it compatible with Simple Needs?

I downloaded 1.0.4 and installed it and it's added to the plugins list in MO2 and in the actual Plugins.txt but everything is still vanilla tiny HP#s. What would I be missing?

I see that not all the food and drinks have the new HP% modifiers in this Ver.

Hello, I'm having a weird issue with stims withdrawal. Whenever I use a stimulant or when I cure stims addiction, the weapon reload animation completely skips. I had to reload a save and not use stims at all for now to avoid breaking reload animation.

EDIT: Uninstalled your mod, realoaded a previous save, cured addiction via addichrone, installed your mod again and tested once more. Now it works as expected with or without stims addictions. Seems like I had some kind of weird bug.

Idk if this is within this mod's scope, but would you be able to adjust food prices, so that everything is just one or two credits for basic stuff, and maybe like a dozen for prepared food?
Its just wild to me that some food goes for a couple hundred credits.

I already did one adjustment down in the last update to make food cheaper; I will continue to review and might adjust again.

Hi and thank's for the awesome mod! I use Eat Sleep Drinkg along your mod... can i delete the hunger.pex from your mod without problems, so i don't have to eat two times , because of two hunger scripts?

You will still have the hunger from this mod even if you delete the script, because all food is "addictive" which will trigger the Hunger effect
